A Journey to Easter

  • Palm Sunday | March 29th

Join us as we begin Holy Week with Palm Sunday, a celebration of Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem. We will have our regular worship services at 5:30pm on Saturday and 10:00am on Sunday.

Our Senior High Ministry will be hosting a Palm Sunday Breakfast from 8:30am-noon with all proceeds going to the Senior High Mission Trip this summer to Colorado.

  • MAUNDY THURSDAY | April 2nd

The term “Maundy” comes from the Latin “mandatum;” it is from a verb that means “to give” or “to order” — command. After Jesus and the disciples finished the Last Supper and walked toward Gethsemane, Jesus taught them a new commandment — “I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another” —John 13:34. Join us for worship as we experience the time in Holy Week where we experience the Lord’s Supper.
Join us for Worship at 6:30pm

  • Good Friday | April 3rd

Good Friday is a time to remember Jesus’ suffering, crucifixion, and death. Join us for our Good Friday Experience as we reflect on his sacrifice and the love of God.
Join us for Worship at 6:30pm

  • Easter Sunday | April 5th

The Hope That Does Not Disappoint
We hope for all sorts of things over the course of our lives. Sometimes those hopes are wrapped up in very temporary, even silly things. We hope our team will win. We hope we will get a good parking spot at the grocery store. Other hopes are more substantial. We hope to find someone to share our lives with. We hope to have a happy and healthy family. We hope for peace in our troubled world. We hope for an end to hatred and fear.
Time and time again, our hopes, both big and small, are disappointed. The darkness in the world proves deeper than we imagined. But there is one hope that will never disappoint. The hope that is ours in Christ Jesus is going to win out.
When the darkness of this world has done all that it can, Jesus and his promises endure. Over these 40 days, may you be renewed, once again, in the hope that will never disappoint. May this season be a time of deep reflection and renewal as we prepare to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus!

“He has risen! He is not here.”— Mark 16:6b
